Former Leaf, Tim HortonDefenseman, Tim Horton spent 24 seasons in the NHL. He played for the Toronto Maple Leafs, New York Rangers, Pittsburgh Penguins, and the Buffalo Sabres. He won 4 Stanley Cups with the Leafs while wearing #7, which is now a “Honoured Jersey Number”. Horton was known for his strength, calmness under pressure and few penalty minutes. He is also the founder of the coffee house chain, Tim Horton's. Unfortunately, Tim Horton died in a car crash at the age of. In 1977, Tim Horton was put into the Hockey Hall of Fame.
